1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.fivestarleather.us (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Pricing
● We make reasonable efforts to display our leather and textile garment products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
● All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice prior to the completion of an order.
● Applicable shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and import fees (for international orders) will be disclosed before you complete checkout, or noted as the responsibility of the customer where they cannot be calculated in advance (e.g., customs duties for certain international deliveries).
● We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order, subject to acceptance by us. We may accept your order by confirming shipment or may decline your order at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity), in which case we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was already collected.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, timeframes, and costs are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing for international shipments.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (including EU and UK consumer law, where applicable).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return window, refund process, return-shipping responsibility, and any non-returnable items are set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where required by applicable law — including the EU/UK right of withdrawal for online purchases — consumers in the EU and UK may be entitled to statutory cancellation rights in addition to, or in place of, our standard return policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
7. Product Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather and textile products. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, products are warranted to be free from material manufacturing defects for a reasonable period following delivery, as further described in any product-specific warranty information provided at the time of sale. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory warranty or consumer guarantee rights you have under applicable law, including under EU and UK consumer protection law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Fivestar Leather name and branding — is the property of BAALLO LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable local, national, or international law, to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fivestar Leather (BAALLO LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer protection rights available to EU and UK consumers.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (including EU member states or the United Kingdom) provide you with additional or different rights that cannot be waived by agreement, in which case those mandatory local laws will apply to the extent required.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at sales@fivestarleather.us. EU consumers may also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. UK consumers may have access to applicable UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
