Fivestar Leather (operated by FESHO WEAR Spolka Zoo) ships worldwide with no minimum purchase required. To keep deliveries fast and customs-friendly, we dispatch orders from the regional location nearest to the customer rather than from a single facility. We currently do not ship to Israel due to regional restrictions.

Depending on your delivery destination, your order will be shipped from one of the following locations:

●        United States — all US orders are packed and shipped directly from our US office in New York, avoiding customs delays and import duties for domestic customers.

●        United Kingdom — all UK orders are shipped from our UK office, allowing for fast, duty-free local delivery.

●        Germany & European Union — orders for Germany and the rest of the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, keeping delivery quick and compliant with EU import regulations.

●        Rest of the world — orders outside the US, UK, and EU are shipped internationally from our main facility and may be subject to customs clearance.

Handling time is the time needed to prepare, craft, and quality-check your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier. This is separate from the transit/delivery time shown above.

For orders shipped from our US, UK, or German locations to customers within the same region, no additional customs duties apply. For international orders shipped from our main facility to destinations outside the US, UK, and EU, the recipient may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays). We appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking any delayed shipments.
