Upon Receiving every order from our Customers a Production order is generated and Signed by me or other responsible persons to properly instruct the production

Patterns & Leather cutting Department

Once the production order is finalized, it is transferred to the Patterns and Cutting Department. Here, our skilled team carefully prepares precise patterns and cuts the selected materials according to the required sizes and designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency for the next stages of production.

Stitching Department

After the cutting stage, the pieces are transferred for fusing and tracing. Once this process is completed, they are moved to the Stitching Department, where our highly skilled professional Sample Masters carefully stitch each jacket. Every garment is crafted according to the customer’s specific custom requirements, ensuring precision, durability, and premium quality

Lining Cutting & Stitching Departement

A specialized Lining Stitching Department carefully cuts and stitches the lining according to the production order details. This includes precise information about fabrics, colors, threads, and other specifications, ensuring that each lining is perfectly matched and prepared for the garment it belongs to.

 

Patterns Management Unit

The Patterns Management Unit is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate patterns for each garment design. This department ensures that every pattern aligns with the production order specifications, including sizes, styles, and design details, guaranteeing consistency and precision throughout the manufacturing process.

Tumbling and Milling Machine

The Tumbling and Milling Machine is used to soften and enhance the texture of leather. Through controlled mechanical action, it improves the flexibility, smoothness, and natural grain of the material, making it more comfortable to wear while also giving it a premium finish.

Tanning Facility

The Tanning Facility is where raw hides are processed and transformed into durable, high-quality leather. Through specialized chemical and mechanical treatments, the leather is preserved, strengthened, and enhanced with the desired texture, flexibility, and finish. This stage ensures that the material meets the strict standards required for premium garment production.

Final Quality Checking

In the Final Quality Checking stage, each garment undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. Every detail — from stitching and finishing to measurements, fit, and overall appearance — is carefully examined. Only products that pass this rigorous process are approved for packaging and delivery to customers

Final Packaging 

In the Final Packaging stage, each approved garment is carefully pressed, folded, and packed according to international shipping standards. Special attention is given to protect the product during transit — using quality packaging materials to maintain its shape, finish, and premium look until it reaches the customer.

Once packaging is complete, the product is ready to be shipped worldwide, ensuring timely and secure delivery to our customers across the globe.”
